Absolutely the best! I started with a different realtor who never seemed to be timely or very interested. Bonnie responded to an inquiry on a house I was interested in. After that first showing I was amazed at the knowledge and the interest she had in finding me the right home. I switched realtors immediately. She showed me so many homes to get a good feel of what I felt was really important and were absolute must have items. She was always quick to point out the good and not so good workmanship of the homes so I knew what to expect. She had so much patience with me!!! She was always looking out for my best interest. The offer on the house was done immediately as well as all of the inspections. I was able to close 2 weeks early since she was so efficient. Thanks for your assistance.

My husband and I are so appreciative of the home buying experience we had! Bonnie was honest, hardworking in our behalf, and gave us useful professional advise throughout the whole experience. Bonnie is fantastic! I’m not easy to please, but she went above and beyond to find a home that could meet both, my desires and my fiancé’s expectations. She listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings based on our likes and dislikes. She gave us enough space to explore and talk without pressure. Bonnie contacted me after I put in an inquiry on a house. I told her that I wasn't interested in purchasing a home immediately, as I was in the middle of a lease, but she agreed to show me listings anyway so she could get a clear idea of what I wanted when I was ready. She ended up showing me about 50 homes over several months. When we found the home that I ultimately wanted, she put me in contact with a great loan officer and worked hard to get me the best deal possible.

Bonnie is a well-informed real estate agent and I really enjoyed working with her. She essentially knows everything about building homes and helped me to see the potential of the homes I viewed with her.
Any realtor can show you a home, but if you really want to understand what you’re buying, you need to call Bonnie. She helped me to see how taking down a few walls could change the whole feel of the home and how I could update the kitchen and bathroom with a relatively small budget. She also had a list of contractors that could do the work.
